I am living in Germany and extended the interior design and furnishing contract on turnkey basis to De Casa Services led by Mr. Bibhas Pratihar of my apartment in Siddha Happyville , Kolkata .The entire turnkey contract delivered by De Casa with high quality of design as customised by our expectations and furnished to our likes well on time. More importantly the team of Bibhas are highly professionals and customer oriented and well behaved whom the customer can rely on because of their receptive behaviours. We got interior work done for our flat at Tata Avenida by De Casa Services Pvt. Ltd. Interior work included full length wardrobes in 3 bedrooms, modular kitchen, TV console in living room, various electrical fittings installations and application of fresh paint.
It was amazing experience. Entire project was personally supervised and monitored by Bibhas Pratihar. He provided numerous designs to select from and assisted selected best options, color combinations and accessories. Job was completed well within estimated timeline. Finish and quality of work was up to the mark. Moreover, it was challenging task for us as we stay outside India, but Bibhas made it so easy for us. Though we visited our flat only after completion of entire work, we were receiving daily updates with numerous photographs, videos, WhatsApp chat and never felt like we are away from site. Bibhas handled our multiple change requests very patiently. Cost wise also we found De Casa Services very competitive. Overall, it was very satisfying experience for us.

Bibhas and his team is very professional. Bibhas did the interior decoration of my flat, I stay abroad but Bibhas maintained detailed communication from choosing item to finishing. He also assisted in buying home appliances and properly fit them in home.
I am very happy with service the team provided during the work as well as after completion follow up.
